Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Scoutwizz platform operated by Scoutwizz d.o.o. za računalne djelatnosti, Josipa Jurja Strossmayera 341, 31000 Osijek, Croatia (OIB: 42784099246). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

To use Scoutwizz you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Scoutwizz offers the following subscription plans (prices per month):

All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms of service. We issue fiscal receipts in accordance with Croatian fiscal law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Post content that is discriminatory, harassing, or abusive
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the platform

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All platform software, design, algorithms (including the SWS scoring system), and data compilations are the intellectual property of Scoutwizz d.o.o. You retain ownership of original content you create (e.g. scouting reports), but grant Scoutwizz a non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content to deliver the service. You may not reproduce or distribute Scoutwizz intellectual property without prior written consent.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be free of errors. Player statistics and SWS scores are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional scouting or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoutwizz's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Osijek, Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Last updated: March 2026.
