Zero Tolerance Policy on Discrimination and Harassment

Rules of conduct for all users of the Scoutwizz platform.

Code of Conduct

Scoutwizz is a professional platform built on respect, fairness and equal opportunities for all users and athletes. By using Scoutwizz, you agree not to post or share any content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, violent or sexually explicit. All users must treat others with dignity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or any other personal characteristic. Any form of discrimination, bullying, threats or personal attacks is strictly prohibited and may result in warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent account removal. If you see behaviour that violates these rules, please report it to support@scoutwizz.com.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Policy defines the rules of conduct for all users of the Scoutwizz platform, with the aim of preventing discrimination, harassment and any other unacceptable behaviour. It applies to all registered and unregistered users, as well as employees, contractors and partners who use or administer the Scoutwizz system.

2. Principle of Equality and Non-Discrimination

Scoutwizz operates in line with applicable anti-discrimination legislation and does not tolerate any direct or indirect discrimination, harassment or incitement to discrimination. Discrimination on the grounds of race or ethnic origin, colour, sex, gender, language, religion, political or other belief, national or social origin, property, union membership, education, social status, marital or family status, age, disability, health status, sexual orientation or gender identity is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are considered prohibited, non-exhaustively:

  • hateful, offensive or degrading language targeting protected characteristics
  • threats, intimidation, bullying or public shaming of other users
  • sharing content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination
  • deliberate exclusion or targeting of individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • any form of sexual harassment, unwanted comments on appearance or sexuality, or sharing sexual content without consent

4. User Responsibilities

All users are expected to:

  • comply with this Policy and the Scoutwizz Terms of Use
  • refrain from discriminatory, offensive or abusive content
  • respect the privacy and dignity of other users
  • report any suspected violations through the designated reporting channels

5. Reporting and Handling Violations

Users can report suspected violations via support@scoutwizz.com or other official channels indicated in the platform. Scoutwizz will acknowledge and review reports within 7–14 days, assess the severity and decide on appropriate measures.

6. Possible Sanctions

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, Scoutwizz may impose:

  • warning or written notice
  • restriction of certain features (posting, commenting, messaging)
  • temporary suspension of the account
  • permanent account termination and ban on re-registration

In severe cases, Scoutwizz reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities.

7. Protection of Whistle-blowers

Users who report suspected violations in good faith are entitled to protection from retaliation. Any form of retaliation against a reporting person will itself be treated as a serious breach of this Policy.

8. Review of the Policy

This Policy is reviewed periodically and updated when necessary. The latest version is always available within the platform.
